How Often Do We Come Out?
Most of our customers prefer once a week service. We can also do twice a week, bi weekly, monthly, one time clean up as well as spring clean ups after the winters thaw. Please note that we will clean your yard on your service day, but we can not guarantee the same time every visit.
Payment Methods
We accept Cash, Cheque and E-Transfers
Do I Have To be Home?
No. As long as we have access to your yard, you do not have to be home. This goes for any clean up including weekly clean up, one time clean up and Spring cleans.
For spring and one time clean up customers, please make arrangements for payment prior to our visit if you will not be home.
What About The Poop?
All waste is scooped up, double bagged and taken away with us. This service is not available for Spring Clean ups. Spring clean up bags are left double bagged for your local trash collection.
What Happens If The Weather Is Bad?
We work in just about any weather conditions. We will not work in lightning, severe thunderstorms and heavy rain. Weekly customers will be charged, as we will try to make up the missed work the following day. If we can not make up the work that week, we will pick up the extra poop on your next visit and you will not be charged for the missed week.
What About Winter?
Winter clean ups are harder because even a light dusting of snow will hide the poop. Colder temperatures also tends to freeze the waste to the ground making it harder to remove. We do our best to remove what we can. Anything that gets left behind will be picked up throughout future visits as weather warms up and melts off the snow and ice.
During winter months its common that we can not do weekly clean ups for a period of time due to snow accumulations. If this happens, we will just wait until a good spring thaw comes and you will be charged a spring clean up fee. All weeks missed will be no charge
Decks And Cement?
We do not remove any stains left behind from waste that has been sitting on decks, cement, pavement or patio stones. We simply pick up the waste and dispose of it.
Should I Unlock My Gate?
Yes. We are not permitted to climb or jump over fences Please leave your gate unlocked on your service day. You may provide us with a key to the lock if that will be convenient for you. If we are locked out more than once, you will get charged half price for the visit.
Can We Work With Your Dog In The Yard?
Absolutely. If your dogs are friendly, and will allow people in your yard, then yes we can work with your dogs in your yard. If your dogs are aggressive or vicious we can not work with them in your yard. They will have to be inside while we are cleaning it.
What If I Want to Skip A Day Or Go On Vacation?
Please notify us in advance so we do not come to your property. You will not be charged if we have prior notice. You may be charged for the week if you do not notify us and we come to your property.
Do I Have To Sign A Contract?
No. We can start and stop service over the phone or through emails, so we have no contracts to sign regarding service.
When Do I Pay You?
For full time customers, we leave you an invoice at the end of the month regarding your amount due. We would appreciate payment the following visit.
For One time customers who choose our Spring clean up or one time clean ups, we require payment the same day once the job is completed.

We strive to provide perfect service, but if there is ever a time when our service in not completely to your satisfaction, please let us know right away. We will make it right, either by coming back to re-clean the yard or refunding a portion of that visits fee.
